With Milla wines I stepped back in time and revived old school winemaking traditions which involve endless patience, respect for your raw materials and a good dose of getting your hands dirty.
After gentle basket pressing our wines are matured in small oak barrels for more than 24 months. This results in a classic nose and palate which exhibits flavours of cigar box, sweaty saddle and French polish, a feat only achievalbe by the very slow integration of wood and oxygen into the wine.
